I seem to be at a standstill (pardon the pun) in my recovery progress, as much as it is. I know my condition is perminent but I have seen small advances. Now I lost most of my fervor for exercise and find I would rather lie on the couch and watch TV.
I ask the community out there how do you keep up your enthusiasm for exercise and recovery? Also, what equipment do you use? What kind of bikes, weights, and regimen are the most effective?
I appreciate any suggestions,
