Looking for a E-stim bike

The profile is my brother's however I am writing on his behalf since he is still in the hospital.
My brother was in a motorcycle accident on August 17th.
Right arm is affected by C1 and C2, fused now to his skull and he is in a halo. making the progress slow.

During his neck surgery suffered a stroke in the spinal cord T2 through T9. He has sensation but not voluntary movement.

I am looking for a way to get him on these bikes . He is in Missouri right now, but he will have to move to Arkansas to live with me once he is discharged for outpatiet. The rehab centers here don't have these bikes
We have leased one of those Neuro-Move machines which we will beging to use. Unfortunately his progres is slow becasue of complications of a deep wound in his tailbone, but we have been trianed to use the Neuro-move machine at his bedside and planning to do so once he goes to wound care.

I was wondering if anyone leases these bikes. please let me know if you know of any other ones I can find or if anyone has one for sale.
I am looking for the ones that allows the wheelchair roll-up to the bike.
Thanks
