Hello. My fiance has a T5 injury. He's gone from being fully paralyzed from the chest down to now getting around with a walker. It's been 2 and half years since his surgery. Feel free to keep in touch and ask questions if it helps in anyway. Stay strong!

Hi Beth, I am a T 4-5 complete, injured 4 years ago in a cycling accident. I am impressed that you are able to work full time so soon. My pain level and energy level are unpredictable so a regular work schedule does not seem possible.
I am fortunate to have the support of my family, my husband of 35 years and two children. I also have six younger brothers and sisters who have been very helpful. I hope you have similar support.
As a female I would be glad to answer any questions you might have. I know I felt initially both devastated and overwhelmed. I have learned how to deal with some issues but am generally not happy with my condition.
Best wishes to you. Shel
