Electroacupuncture for Bladder Function

I read a post somewhere else (SCI Rutgers boards) that someone is getting his bladder back after getting treatments at Project Walk (pays $70/session) using electoacupuncture. So I went online and found an article in the May 2009 issue of Acupuncture Today which discusses studies done using electroacupuncture with bladder issues in SCI and stating some success. Natually, I am very curious about this and of course immediately want to find an acupuncturist in the Los Angeles area who does this. Project Walk way too far to drive for us. Ideas?
