I just want to start out by letting everyone on here know how much you all have inspired me and helped me through some tough times. I was in a car wreck a year ago Feb. 6th. I went to the Shepard Center for rehab where I was told I was T-11 12 complete. I've never been so tired of hearing "You'll never walk again" or for that matter get anything back below level of injury. The Shepard helped me out more than I could ever repay them but they pretty much just wanted to get me independent so I could come back home to my Husband and three kids. Well since I've been home, I've been able to sweat and chill all the way to my toes, move my left knee cap, and got movement back in both legs down to my knees. I had a test done a couple of months ago that shocked my legs to test the nerves and got what I think is good results. Some nerves in my ankles are working now. One leg has 50 percent more than the other. I just refuse to give up on the hope of walking again and would like to know what everyone thinks of me being complete or incomplete. I personally think I'm not further along because of two more breaks to my back after I came home from the Shepard Center. Thanks for everyone's input and God Bless.
