Well, I'm four days past my third round of chemo. Three down, three to go. For the last three days, my bone pain has been harsh. It often sharpens at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. I took a sleep aid and pain reliever but it persists. I had a lot of activity today on my feet, and now I'm paying the price.
On the plus-side I found a Standford study of 2800 women with stage 1 OC who had lymph nodes removed during surgery. The study found that women who had >10 lymph nodes removed in surgery had a 93.8% survival rate. My surgeon removed 42 lymph nodes, and all came back negative. What a relief.
