Ovarian Cancer Awareness

Is anyone else so disappointed in the lack of attention it gets? That ovarian cancer screening is not part of our preventive care? I do not have immediate family history of it therefore was not "eligible" for the ovarian cancer lab test, but it took a softball on my ovary (found After my well woman came back normal, but went for a sick visit months later bc I was still cramping for no reason) to raise some eyebrows. Now, I am my daughters immediate family of ovarian cancer.

I truly think since our healthcare is being reformed, ovarian cancer should be on the agenda as well for change.

How can we make the diference? I am so up for any ideas, any partners in making this happen.
