There's a big holistic cancer treatment center in Florida that recommends wheat grass juice to be drunk and given as enemas. They apparently have a high success rate of remission and even cures. I can't stand the taste of it so have not used it. Try looking up Ann Wigmore on the internet. She apparently cured herself of cancer by drinking wheatgrass juice.

Quacker, are you talking about the Hippocrates Health Institute or another place ?

Hi OnTheMend,
I am drinking wheat grass as much as possible so when you posted this question I became really concerned because my cancer is hormone receptive. I asked my research doctor ( I am in a diet study for ovarian cancer ) and she did much research and luckily the conclusion she came to is no. Wheat grass contains a ton of good isoflavones but luckily there is a difference between isoflavones and phytoestrogens. I understood the difference when she explained it but I'm sorry I can't remember it enough to explain it to you now. I am relieved at this answer and thank you for posing this question.

I am using Wheatgrass. Colon cancer runs in my family. Mainly I am taking it for the antioxidant properties. But, it does have a lot of other vitamins and nutrients. It's not easy for me to eat raw vegetables, but I do it sometimes. It's a good way to get a serving of veggies and I don't mind Wheatgrass juice.
