Virtual Lemonade Stand - Kelly Ripa

I received a message from Electrolux and Kelly Ripa regarding their latest OVCA fundraiser. It is a virtual lemonade stand that you create and send to friends or post on Facebook or Twitter. For every stand created, Electrolux will donate $1 to OVCA Research, so it goes straight to research for our type of cancer! Afterward you create your stand, your friends/family/twitters can "purchase" a virtual glass of lemonade for $1 donation which again goes to OVCA. I just started FB and only have about 50 friends but some of friends and family have in the 300s so if this caught on, we could really raise a lot of $$$$$$$ for OVCA. Check it out! I love all the imaginative ways of raising funds. This one is great. Electrolux also sells washers and dryers in teal and I believe a portion of the profits from those also go to ovca research. So if anyone needs a new washer or dryer...

I applaude Electrolux and Kelly Ripa for all they do and have done in raising awareness and funds for this dreaded and dreadful disease. I've been battling for almost 11 years now.
