She replied to the post "My dr said it will eventually get you". She was saying her dr told her to go home- get on hospice and prepare to die within 6 months. Do you think a jury would convict for murdering that sob? I thought she was doing well? She is one of my inspirations. We need to find a way to communicate with her if she isn't responding to emails because her dr is an ass.

When I was going through chemo and my oncologist and one of his nurses (more than one, to be honest) were being real jerks, one of my fellow teachers told me, "Sounds like you need a S**T tree for oncologists like we had in college."
When she was in college, one of her dorm mates had just returned from a horrible date, and they came up with the idea of the S**T tree. They pasted a paper outline of a tree on the dorm social room wall. Every time a girl had a horrible experience with a date, she'd fill out a card (leaf) with identifying details, and they'd add it to the tree. Soon women all over campus were calling their floor to check out Joe or John or Billy to see if he was on the tree before they went out with him. It became such a campus legend that if a boyfriend had a fight with his girlfriend, he'd get one of the girls in the dorm to check out the tree to see if he was the newest leaf!
Since the girl had to give details on her leaf, you could always judge for yourself whether you wanted to date the guy.
I wish there were a way to do this with doctors without our all being sued for libel! If we had to give details, a woman checking a doctor out could always say, "I don't give a rip if he acts like that; his credentials are enough for me!"

I like that idea, however, Ill speak my mind freely and tell anyone(in my opinion) how I feel about a dr. or hospital.Sue me for libel, See if I give a sh-it. Too long in my life I have taken the brunt of being treated poorly. No respect from family. Well I turned over a new leaf, and she is now a hardheaded, will speak my mind and you will not shut me up b-itch(in their opinion)So speak up, and let others know how you feel about a dr. or institution, just play nice.Keep Positive

No doc will ever sue for libel. If you give an account of a transaction with them filled with whatever, even untruths, they cannot sue and will not sue you. Breach of confidentiality.
I have never in 40 some odd years heard of a suit about such as this. THere are candid appraisals of docs online, some hideous.
I hope Karma is okay and found another doc.
