Remember Renee? I just found this. I am so mad and sad.

KOPF Renee (Lebrizzi), 45, of Monroe Twp., died Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, after a valiant fight against her cancer. Renee's courage and resolve to beat her affliction was an inspiration to everyone that knew her.Born and raised in Levittown, Pennsylvania, Renee lived in East Windsor and Spotswood before she settled in Monroe Twp. two years ago. Prior to her illness, she was a clinical coordinator for Schering-Plough in Kenilworth for 5 years. Predeceased by her father, Francis Lebrizzi in 2001, and her brother, Patrick Lebrizzi in 1986, she is survived by her husband of 5 years, Rob Kopf of Monroe Twp.; her mother and sister, Doris and Kathleen Lebrizzi, both of St. Augustine, Fl; her uncle, Gus Librizzi of Lambertville, and her aunts; Emily Matuszewski of Florida and Patricia Johnson of Millville.Cremation was private. Sad news. I hope her family reads this and know that we send condolences.

Oh my gosh- this is so sad. I was curious about her since she hasn't posted in awhile. I hate this disease !

This breaks my heart. I was just wondering about her the other day. So sad.........

Thank you for letting us know. I was wondering about her too. She tried so hard and struggled so much. What a horrible disease we are dealing with.

I have missed her postings, too...so young. I feel like part of my family is gone. How very sad for her family...my prayers are with them....

I never met Renee here but I often saw her posts and her beautiful photo and wondered if the reason she wasn't around was this. Sometimes this is such a sad place but I wonder how hard it would be to have to go it alone. I'm thankful every day for you ladies.

Thank you for letting us know this very sad news.
May she be a peace.

This is so sad to read about another of our sisters losing her battle with this disease.

My thoughts go out to her family.

Take care & God Bless

Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks for letting us know. I always worry when I don't see someone on for awhile. This is so sad.

I am so saddened by this news. We were diagnosed around the same time and finished treatment at the same time. I remember being a little jealous that she made it into the ABAGOVOMAB clinical trial and I did not. Unfortunately, she didn't participate for long. It breaks my heart that this awful disease stole her future. Thank you for sharing her story Jennali.

Thanks for letting us know. That is sad. I pray for peace and strength for her family.

I'm so tired of dealing with all of this that one of my first responses was to be envious of her.

So sad, thanks for letting us know. I was sondering about how she was doing.

Hi all,

I want everyone to know you were a great part of Renee's life. She spoke often of her friends on this site. I was a co-worker with her for 4 years and our families became very close. My wife and I e-mailed and spoke to Renee almost everyday. She spoke of the hope that everyone who is part of this alliance gave her.... her day to day feelings, and living with is disease.

You are all in our prayers & God Bless.
