A wonderful young woman, Donna Blankenship of Bend Oregon, has just launched a new website for daughters (also sons!) of ovarian cancer. Here is her introduction:
"Daughters of ovariancancer.com is a place were women (or supportive men) can join together to encourage and inspire each other in the fight against ovarian cancer. The motivation for this movement is in honor of the lives of those who have been touched by the disease and in dedication for the daughters of the next generation. Donna's mother passed away from ovarian cancer over a year ago, and she has attended the past 3 OCNA conferences in Washington DC. She is very excited about networking with other daughters and seeing her website grow!

I've met Donna and have spoken with her through the entire process from her first idea of it to her publishing her web site. She is great and I would definitely encourage everyone to go check it out!!

Thank you so much for your support! This website is a dream come true and just a beginning! I have such passion and inspiration for this cause and this group of people, the needs are so big and I want to be a part of the changes that need to happen! I hope to meet a lot of wonderful people who are going to join together and fight for OVCA! Love and hugs to both of you!
