Breast & Concurrent Ovac?

Hi,
I have recurrent ovac, and and am currently successfully being treated in a trial of avasten and sorafanib. So, today, I'm writing on behalf of a good friend, who's under 40 and the mom of a 6 year old.
My friend is BRCA 1 positive, and has been battling ovac for about 3 years -- at least 2 major surgeries, a few rounds of chemo, and a recent treatment for a brain lesion. Now, she's been diagnosed with breast cancer too! (its possible that the brain lesion was actually metastic breast cancer, not ovarian, but they never biopsied it.)
Of course, she's terrified and overwhelmed by the idea of fighting two cancers now. I'm looking for survivor stories I can share to give her hope to keep up the fight.

I am 70. I am abreast cancer survivor. But 13 years of breast cancer i have been hit with stage 4 ovarian cancer. The ovarian cancer diagnosed March 2008 has really been tough but I am hanging on

Someone I know is Stage IV ovca and was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of months ago. Luckily she only needed a lumpectomy but it is still daunting to have to fight 2 cancers at once. They wanted to give her radiation for the breast cancer but decided to continue with her chemo since the ovca seems to be the bigger problem.

Some people just don't get a break.
