feeling alone,lost

i am having trouble feeling sexy,and wanted. my husband of almost 18 years is not comfortable with my bag. i get that....but we have only had sex twice since i got it.he flat out told me he isnt interested while i have it. i have done some reserch and there is a possibility i wont be able to have it reversed. i asked him what then and he said we will deal with it if it happens. we have grown apart. he dosent understand when i am sad, which is alot latley.
my colostomy is only supposed to be temporary, i have had it for about seven months or so.
