Didn't think it could get worse

I went to order supplies...and my total came up to 600 dollars. I was informed my insurance will only give me a 30 percent discount suddenly. What the hell am I going to do. I have decent insurance, blue cross blue shield.
I haven't been this low since my first surgery... I cant afford this kind of expense.
