Colon Rectal Cancer

I had colon rectal surgery 4/25/12 and on 10/19/12 had a successful bag reversal. Sicce arriving home on 10/24/12, I was told I could return to a regular diet, however, I am not able to control my bowel movements. I cannot hold the discharge of feces due to what I think must be a weak anus muscle. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I would appreciate anyone's imput to my situation in regard to diet and any other actions I can take to help take care of this problem. I am having 20 bowel movements a day in the mens depends I am wearing. (I am currently doing the Kiegle excerises)
