Bagging issues

Looking for someone who uses convatec moldable convex wafer. I recently changed due to a rash from the previous brand and high liquid output. Understand this wafer with what they call turtlenecking works well for this issue. (I changed every other day!) My question is do you still use paste or Ekin around the hole of the wafer? I have to use Ekin to even out my skin at 3:00 and 9:00, and would put some around the hole, but I noticed it oozes out. Can anyone give me some advice.
