Liver enzymes up, weight down, energy down, life gone

Ugh, I feel backed into a corner right now. So about a month and a half ago I got a blood infection and had to go to the hospital to get it treated. That's fine and all, but I waited a week with absolutely no food or tpn (no food cause my stomach was slowed down from being sick and couldn't get back functioning without tpn cals). So I lost a good bit of weight and felt pretty crappy by the time a new line was installed. For next few weeks I felt pretty crappy and wasn't really able to digest anything instead just puking it up because I was so underwent and my body didn't have enough energy to pass anything through.
Anyways, I thought I'd just weather it out until things got better. A month later I decided that my tpn intake was not enough alone to get me back in shape so I needed to get tpn bumped up. Well, now it turns out my liver enzymes are up a fair bit (no wonder with no eating and all the puking) so my dietician only raised my tpn 200 cals. In the meanwhile I'm not really living much of a life, I sleep all day cause I'm so damned tired, I'm underweight and look it, and I hardly even have enough to work (I passed out at work the other day). I feel stuck in hole, and I don't know where to go or what to do, and my dietician didn't really have anything to say either. Any advice or support?
