Our 10 year old daughter had a Step procedure 3 years ago, her small bowel is about 2 meters now, and was app. 100 before the surgery. After the surgery she has had a problems with bowel adhesions(she had it after every surgery not just STEP) which caused the obstruction. But right after the STEP she was fine for some time, gaining weight ...
