So today I got a call from Angela Oreko at NYU and she said to call Dr.Foulavand and schedule an ASAP appointment. Robert has been expereiencing double vision from his periprial vision since he was in Mt.Sinai. He got this about 3 days after surgery and it has gotten worse. Now he said it hurts when he looks up , down and to the sides. If he turns his head and the object is moving, he sees double. In response to that, he moves his whole upper body in order to see single moving images. The journey continues...... He only asks one thing...to keep his sight and the use of his hands. He is a graphic designer, so you can understand why he says that.
