I wonder if anyone has had the same or similar situation and what were they able to do in order to receive treatment. Here is the situation: My husband has MPNST high grade, 2 cancer centers recommended radiation before surgery. When the hospital sent in for pre-authorization they denied saying that it was not necessary. 3 letters of appeal have been sent with an explanation and supporting data. My husband has spoke to his employer and they are just stalling. He is losing leg function every day, as the tumor keeps growing and that he won't get back anymore.
So if anyone has any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
