My 4 year old has these "seizure like" movements after he wakes up from a deep sleep. He shakes and shivers and has a hard time controlling it for about 15-20 seconds after he first wakes up. When he finally wakes up fully he is fine. He has NF1. Does this sound familair to anyone? Should I be concerned? I have a call out to the neurologist but wont hear back from them until Monday.

Seeing a neurologist is good. Has he had any MRI's? I'm wondering if he could have a brain lesion or tumor.
