Been dealing with 4 awhile; cant find anything to help... feels lioke someone is squeezing; or there is a tightness. Its all over head; sometumes just one place at a time. (Back, front, sides)... where neck and head meet.. Often muscles are just tight...
Ideas of what might work?
Imitrex works best for me... Maybe you need to go to the ER if you are feeling so badly? Maybe a muscle Relaxer could be of some help. Go see a doctor.
I'm on maxalt. I also use a heating pad on the back of my head and neck.
Try putting ice pack around eyes and on back of your neck and a heating pad on your feet. Sounds crazy but it does help a little.
