does anyone have really bad dark Cycles under their eyes? i have them. even if i get lots of sleep. are the dark Cycles Related to nf?

I have them really bad also.... Even when I was young I looked like I hadn't slept for days... I use a lot of make up to cover most of it up. Even then I still look sick. Don't know if it is related to NF or not.

I have always had dark circles under my eyes. So dark to the point where I have had people ask me if I was punched in the eyes or if I was tired. NF related ?? Don't know. I do know, when I am very tried, they get darker.

I should say my mum does have dark circles, by saying *did* it sounds like she died.
Many nfers have the dark circles, I use makeup to help cover them.

I have dark circles under both eyes, but figured it was because of my sleep disorder.

I have this problem as well and it really bugs me at times. No matter how much sleep I get the dark circles are there. People always make comments about them too, which I really don't like. The circles are worse under my left eye then right. I have tired various products to cover them up and so far eye brighter has worked the best. As much as they bug us, it is nice to know others deal with them too.

I have used layers of cover up and brightner and still didn't cover up enough to make a difference. I even tried the cream. It cost a lot of money to get a 0.8oz bottle. It didn't help either!
Last week I picked up a off brand of Bare Minerals for $4 and it works wonders. Normally I use a consealor, foundation, brightner and pressed powder. I used the loose mineral powder and it did better then the 4 combined. It didn't take all the dark away but I didn't have to work so hard to get a better result.
Just thought I'd give a tip maybe it will work just as good for someone else.

I have really bad dark circles my son does too, i can sleep and sleep but there still there. I use to tell my dad that i look like a junkie they are so bad.. i just got to the point taht i didnt care anymore.. nothing i can do about ti so oh well

I recently (past two months) have used the look alert eye brightener from avon (medium shade for my skin tone). Its $3.99 for .04 oz, but I found it to work better then cover girl or Jane products. There is also this new product called total radiance eye gel that I am trying too (just got it this week). It was on sale so I figured I would give it a try. I haven't had much luck with some common products you find at the store so I thought I would try the Avon ones.

i believe they r i have it real bad people use 2 think i was a crack head cause they were alway there sometime they lighten up but most of the time 4 get it

i dont have dark circles but my husband does he dont have NF but i heard that dark circles are caused by allergies and bad scineses dont know if its true

Yes, my 7 year ole does and everyone asked me about her sleep. I started giving her green pills and that seemed to clear it up. Its called superfood supplement from natural food choice. (800) 626-5143 I started doing this about 6 months ago. Maybe try it and let me know how it turns out. Take care.

oh my gosh, mine are terrible. I am so sick of people saying, "are you okay, you look tired" especialy on a day when I feel great. It makes that great feeling all go away. Has anybody tried anything to make them go away?
