I'm a deep fryer fan personally. The original ANCHOR BAR recipe is 2 parts Franks, 1 part butter. Deep fried till crispy and tossed in the sauce. I prefer them moist as opposed to swimming and there is NEVER an excuse for breading a wing. If you ever feel like talkin food msg me anthony. Im a HUGE food guy. I've been really obsessed with noodles and seafood lately. Im always lookin for other foodies to talk grub with :P

I make a great twice cooked honey teriaki wing. U can do whatever you want for sauce actually. The most important thing is to deep fry the wings, then bake them... they get soo moist u could DRINK the meat off the bone with a straw, yet still maintains a crisp outside. Its a taste and texture wonderland.

I llove them fried too but in the Oven is Healthier and I love pasta
Sea food some

I love food I'm Italian

I like to grill and barbecue also. There is a HUGE difference between the two. Ever had steak tataki? thats basically filet mignon shashimi. Really easy to make and REDICULOUSLY yummy.

Love to grill but Ilive in town house community nand we are not allow to grill anymore unless we are 5 feet away from the bldg and we live on the 2nd floor and it would be to much of a hassle to run up and down 2 flights of stairs, We lived hear 5 years after 2 they said no gas grills only charcole ( more dangerus I asked a fireman) now no charcole as I said unless 5 feet from bldg.

Love chicken wings,I usualy bake mine but lately I have been brining mine and then putting them in smoker and slow smoking them with either apple or cherry wood chips for a couple hours.they come out a nice dark golden brown and are very moist.Right now what i'm craving is a nice plate of cajun style pan fried oysters and garlic mashed potatoes.I totally love seafood and could eat it evey day and be very happy.

I dont grill with gas. Its convenient but you cant beat the taste of charcoal and hardwood. as to what donjduck was saying... I'm coming to YOUR house for dinner. Not a fan of oysters or shell fish aside from scallops. Crustacians are great though. I love crab and lobster. My all time favorite food in the world though is EEL. Sooo smokey and sweet and buttery. I would love a grilled lobster tail right now... Anyone here watch NO RESERVATIONS ?

Im a chef by trade..i'd share my recipies but.............then I'd have to kill ya all..hehehehe just kidding

You people are making me sooooo Hungry .

I love it Gorden the man I love his shows on the BBC chanel

I'm soo worried about Robert. He is a good guy and he worked his ass off last season. If he goes home again Imma be really upset. He DESERVES to win. He knows his stuff and he has more heart that 5 other people combined.

Hey I grew up in Buffalo, NY home of the Chicken wing!

Iron Chef still around?

Hey Dogsrule? have you ever been to the anchor bar? That place is my holy land. I wanna go there just once in my life. My grandfather was telling me, when he was younger, he workin in a grocery and the deli would throw the wings away. He was poor so he brought them home to the family... now its like 8 bucks for a 2 1/2 lb bag o wings. I wish I was around back in the day.

man sorry g-spork.but we will agree to dissagree about robert on hells kitchen...he's all talk to me, and have you ever tried to work a hot line with someone that HUGE?,,,i tell ya it is very very difficult to move around and get to things that ya need when ya got a buffalo in your way, sorry to be so blunt but I've been there.......and here we go again this season.......off he went in an ambulance again. the man needs to loose some serious weight or hes gonna die.that kind of work is very very fast paced and very stressful! (unless your the executive chef sitting behind a desk).lol

off topic but town home related

About five years ago there was a terrible fire here in Raleigh that destroyed a large section of a town home community. The cause was a carelessly discarded cigarette that was flicked onto the pine straw that was used as ground cover. What made the fire worse was the fact the fire trucks were blocked from getting to the units by carelessly parked cars

hey yawll from b-lo the birth place of the chicken wing
btw i live aprox 2.5 -3 miles from the birthplace of the chicken wing
