Bad news....continued

***I'm now in the Cullen branch of Hermann Memorial, room 461, and I do not believe there is any annoying visitation restriction this time in case anyone is wondering. room phone# is 713-704-7461, or call me on my cell @ 979-557-9790, using minutes during the day is ok for a short bit but free anytime after 7 pm. Or reach me on Yahoo or MSN messenger at the usual email address listed on my blog info, and of course my email is a definite way to go. This wifi here I know blocks myspace and facebook, so I can't talk to anyone through that.

I expect--depending on how aggressive or conservative my nuphrologist is--to be here at least a week. The blood tests in Bay City indicated that I also had a high white blood cell count, which could be b/c of the steroid medication or a possible infection, though I am doubtful that it's an infection, however steroid meds have a tendency to mask symptoms, so I will just have to see. If things go fairly smoothly THIS time, I shouldn't have to do more than take meds through this IV until I get better, which normally wouldn't take very long. In my first ever stay in tx. chldrns, it only took me 5 days, so I don't think it should take very long...as furious as I am right now, I'm not about to freak out yet, if things do go all right, I should be able to be fairly patient this time around.
