pH levels?? can anyone help

0 Recommendations

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help. My daughter has had FSGS since she was 13 months, shes now 5, no medication has worked so we are just keeping out fingers crossed her kidneys keep working for a while longer. I monitor her urine regularly and recently have noticed her pH level has been very high, actually the highest on the scale, does anyone know what this means and have they noticed it with their children?
we are due to see her consultant next week but its worrying me now.
Thanks for ur help. xx

I know ph levels can go up with a urinary tract infection. Also, certain foods and drinks (juices) can alter ph.
