Whole Foods “5% Days”:
Raise money for the NephCure Foundation with the help of your local Whole Foods Market!
Four times a year, each Whole Foods Market sponsors a “5% Day”, during which 5% of their net sales are donated to a local nonprofit organization. In order to have one of these days devoted to the NephCure Foundation at your local Whole Foods, we need your help! Pick-up an application form for a “5% Day” at the Customer Service desk of your Whole Foods and fill it out with all of The NephCure Foundation’s information. If you need any assistance, we will be happy to help.
The employees at Whole Foods will then vote and choose the nonprofit they wish to receive the donations. Just this little bit will make a huge difference in the fight against kidney disease!
