My daughter was diagnosed Sept of 08. She's been on prednisone and celcept and has had 2 relapses despite slow removal from the steroids. She hasn't grown much & this is a concern to her dr. He wants to change her meds to allow a total withdrawl from the steroids and has given us 2 choices. Im leaning towards the Prograf but would like input from other parents in regards to success, side effects, and so forth. As her parents...we're really scared as I'm sure many of you are. These are our babies and we want to minimize any pain or discomfort they may encounter. Please send your experiences...thanks and whisper a prayer for all parents that don't have to deal with this...I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through what I go through and feel like "i hope this isn't because of something I did".
