Hi. My son is 10 y/o with biopsy-proven FSGS since Nov 2008. He's been asymptomatic since September 2008. He is on Losartan+Lisinopril+Lovastatin - without any evident side-effects. Initially his urine protein/creatinine ratio dropped from ~20 to ~10, but now it's creeping back up. We may start dosing him with an aldosterone blocker - either Spironolactone or Epleronone. Do any of you have pediatric experience with this sort of triple-blockade? Any info is welcome!
