My name is Catherine Beier Hamasaki and I posting this on behalf of my niece Ellie Hernandez. My family has joined forces with The NephCure Foundation to make a difference in the lives of Ellie and the many other patients affected by Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). We invite you to join our quest for more information and increased funds for research into Ellie’s disease.
On Sunday March 22, 2009, we will hold a silent auction and toast for a cure at The Vine at Bridges (http://www.thevineatbridges.com/) in Danville, California. The Vine at Bridges will donate a portion of the proceeds to The NephCure Foundation (http://www.nephcure.org/) in honor of Ellie.
You can enjoy a silent auction and a flight of wine while toasting to a cure for FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome. Tickets are $30 by March 7th, $35 at the door on 3/22/09. Cash or checks made out to NephCure, mail donation to: NephCure 21 Carolyn Court Lafayette, CA 94549. If you are not able to attend the event, donations can be made to The NephCure Foundation in Ellie’s name.
Please consider donating an item to the silent auction. Your participation will be a key factor in achieving a MISSION POSSIBLE: by providing hope to the thousands of patients seeking a cure. Most importantly, your contribution will support a very important cause!
NephCure Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity and your contribution will be tax deductible. To learn more visit: http://www.nephcure.org/ or The Vine at Bridges http://www.thevineatbridges.com/ under the event calendar.
Thanks to all….
Amy (Ellie’s Mom)
