I was diagnosed with severe OP this past May. I'm 53. I always considered myself to be healthy & athletic. I eat right, take Calcium supplements & exercise daily. Now, I'm concerned that running & lifting wts is doing more harm than good. Once I entered menopause, I feel like I'm falling apart! I'm taking fosamax & HRT. I've been running consistently for the last 30 years. I really don't want to give it up unless I absolutely have to. Any advice is welcome. This is my first entry.
