Oh my aching body!

I hope I am not alone with the pain I have had with osteoporosis. The mornings are getting worse and worse. When I awake the pain in my spine is about a nine and sometimes a ten. I have been unable to work for about 45 days. The weight limit I can lift has been reduced to 10 pounds. In addition to the Osteoporosis I have spondylosis, degenerative disk disease, pinched nerves and bulging disks. There is damage in the thoracic and lumbar areas. I am inoperable so I must not get any worse. My age is 51 and if there are any other people out there who are unable to work due to the complications of osteoporosis I would love to hear from them. I also cannot sit or stand for very long and it seems that laying down is the most relief. The vitamin D issue is beginning to bother me since I have a deficiency. Currently I am taking the 50000 IU once a week. Actonel is the drug I take for osteoporosis. Last year I broke both my wrists and dare I say I never want to fall again. I have so much trouble with the plates in my wrists. The plates cannot be removed for fear the wrists will rebreak upon removal. I feel like such a whiner and would like to hear from anyone else that would like to tell me how they feel. I do not mind getting old I just do not want to feel old.
