Milking my diet

0 Recommendations

With my osteoporosis dx I have decided to add more calcium to my diet. I had been mostly relying on supplements but maybe they are not being absorbed. Anyway, it's lowfat or fat free milk with lunch. Then as a snack either in the afternoon or evening, I tried taking a cup of fat free milk and adding sugarfree vanilla syrup to taste. I microwaved it for 90 sec. It was wonderful. According to the dairy industry, low fat milk products are good for the waistline. Anyway who wants to be skinny with broken vertebra? I also have milk with my cereal, calcium oj, and sm. yogurt. Also cheese at lunch and dinner a lot of the time. I hope this helps. Anyway, it can't hurt.
