I need to have a better attitude!

4 Recommendations

I've been thinking a lot lately, that I really need to adjust my attitude!
OK, so I have all of these illnesses, I just can't let that stop me from thinking more positively!

I've heard the saying, "Acceptance is the key to serenity!" So, I need to accept that this old body, just won't ever be the same as it used to be.

The hard part, I find, is learning to limit myself to not doing as much as I once could do. That's the hard part!

I have decided to start sewing again, and doing some crafts. That gives me a feeling of accomplishment!
There will be some days, that I just can't do anything, and that's OK!

I'm so grateful for this site, to communicate with others, that have similar illnesses. YOU know how it feels, and YOU can relate! And, YOU all have been so kind!

Just wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!!
Linda
