Here is the link to the Amazon site for this book. It gives good photos and in-depth explanation of how to do the exercise. I do alot of waterskiing, hiking, snow skiing, walking, cycling, water aquarobics, yoga, daily Egoscue exercises to relaign the body (check out Egoscue.com) yet this still isn't enough. You really have to be very agressive with your exercise regime to beat this thing.
