forteo and weight gain

I lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers, then went on the maintenance eating plan at the same time I started Forteo. Within three months of injecting the Forteo into my abdomen, I gained 8 pounds, all around my abdomen! I KNOW that I was not overeating. I switched to injecting into my thighs but no matter what I do, I cannot get the weight off this time.
