I along with thousands of others am embarking on a new adventure in this new year.
I want to be a healthy and fit woman and this is the year for it...for if not now when?
This has been a very emotional year for me..both my children and they are not even children anymore got married this past fall and my mother and father both have had illnesses.
I started a new relationship and even though its going well there are the usual ups and downs...mosty of my own doing.
I just turned 51 and i can see that even though i still think of myself as "young" i am not.
I live alone well not exactly alone i share my home with 2 boxers.
If i dont get fit and strong i wont beable to walk them for very long...they are BIG
and strong.
I know my binge eating is from emotional baggage i am dragging along behind me everyday.
