I think I have biker's voice and that it has had the potential of sabatoging my workouts. The voice says that workout is too challenging and who wants to break into the 130s anyway. Today I did my treadmill challenge not to break into 130s but because I still can do it and why not? Read about a study that runner's have high bone density in the spine. Spurred me on in my speed intervals. Felt the music and felt just as rebellous as a 15 year old.
