I finally watched this week's episode yesterday. It was disheartening to see how some of the family members were so unsupportive. It's easy to see how when one family member decides to make healthy changes, it changes the whole family dynamic. Everyone can benefit from healthy changes, it's not just for the "sick" biggest loser contestant.

Dina finally showed that she could jump on the stool. She was thinner and fitter when she did do it, than when Jillian was yelling at her about it. Being in better health, probably helped her to overcome her fear of jumping. She has a right to feel proud and say to Jillian--yes I can. Jillian's yelling reminds me of my mother who used to yell at me and slap my feel with a flyswatter when I was practicing ballet as a kid. Get on those toes, she'd say.

Was heartened to see that BL advocates milking the diet. Yes, ff milk is a healthy beverage.
