Weight machines and exercise ball for spine and hip

0 Recommendations

How do the experts view the back extension machine for increasing bone density in the the lower spine and the leg press machine for the hips?

Regarding the exercise ball: if one sits on the exercise ball and bounces up and down on it while seated, will that improve bone density in any part or all of the spine?
