No, I pretty much laid low here today. The high point of my day was to bringing my honey a super carnitas burrito to his work. I brought my own salad of avocado, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic and lemon/olive oil. YUM! (We dined in my car.)

@spunkyblondie, that sounds so good, now I'm hungry ! Vitamin D Day was on the 2nd of Nov, tons of good links in my original post where Ted got the pics from. I was being lazy and didn't post the pics for you guys since I thought you could click on the numerous links and too many to upload photos.

It is very exciting to think is is so easy to impove health. Keep taking the Vit D! I have been boring all my family and work mates pestering them to take VitD.
