To better serve our members, The Northern Virginia Osteoporosis Support Group is conducting a doctor survey. It is our hope to build a database of professional, knowledgeable and empathetic doctors to recommend to our members. We want to know the following:
1. Your Dr.’s name and office location
2. The type (specialty) of the doctor that is managing your osteoporosis
3. The diagnostic tests that were performed
4. Your scores
5. Your treatment recommendations
6. Your results so far
Please feel free to remain anonymous by using a different name or no name at all. We hope this information will better help other members find excellent doctors to manage their condition.
