I was in a health food store yesterday to get some magnesium...the lady that helped me said that you should not take magnesium and calcium together. And also that you should take calcium at dinner time because that is the time that the body reabsorbs calcium. Is this something that any of us had heard before and is it true.
She also said it is better to take magnesium before bed time because it makes you sleep better...true?
