Someone who could use some support

I am a member of Inspire's Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma group because my sister had a myeloma scare last year.

I answered this discussion (see link below) because this man sounded like he could use some support. I was hoping others would write to him, but so far only one woman did.

Admittedly their group is a lot smaller than ours (516 members compared to 8,015 for ours), but I am disappointed that almost no one has written to him.

I would love for him to get some advice and support other than mine which, although heartfelt, may or may not be something he can relate to right now.

FYI, CML = "Chronic myelogenous leukemia is cancer that starts inside bone marrow, the soft tissue inside bones that helps form blood cells."

If anyone has the time and inclination to take a minute to give him some support, I am sure he will really appreciate it. It could make a huge difference in his life right now.

Lorieanne,

I was thinking the same about you when I read your reply to him!

Uma, I noticed today that MrChips has a new, much more positive post. I wanted to make sure you saw it! :)

Thanks, Lorrrieanne.

Uma, this link is not working for me....

I think he deleted the discussion for some reason - I have seen this message before when other people have done this.

Uma, the link didn't work, but I am sending up prayers his way. LTC
