Sitting Indian Style

0 Recommendations

I don't mean disrespect in the subject line. Today and this has happened before I was sitting in the floor on the telephone with my legs crossed sitting down and I might have been in that position for 20 or 30 minutes and when I went to get up..........the pain and I could not move and seems like my bones were going to pop or break if I moved...........what happened and has anyone been sitting like I was and could not get up.........??? Scared that you would break your bones in your hip area? Thank you to all who respond. Victoria

The first thing I would wonder, before I posted any reply on the positioning itself, is do you have any condition such as arthritis and also how old you are. If you could tell us a bit more, that would be helpful.
