silicon,,silica,horsetail

Is silicon, silica and horsetail all the same thing? Or are they all different?

Also, any suggestions, I am struggling with this alkaline/acid diet......

Especially depressing because I feel like I can never go out to eat with friends and family anymore.....what do other do?

And what do you do when you are away on vacation?!

Still confused :(

You can't really go wrong with a big salad or a little chicken with veggies and potatoes when you go out.

One of the best programs for bones is Dr. Susan Brown. She wrote Better Bones, Better Health (Body). She also has a website www.betterbones.com.

I follow her program but have yet to begin taking her supplements. Now I think i am doing to try hers since my DEXA has not reversed at all.

Good luck
