Save our bones program

Hi all,

Has anyone purchased the above book/program. If so, what did you think? Is it worth a try?

Hi gerimom,
I did purchase the book. I think there's a lot of good information in there, but not really anything new that's in the books that have been recommended on this site. I do think it is way overpriced, but that's just my opinion. I really liked the Bone-Building Solution by Sam Graci.

See this: ave-our-bones-program/

She is running a 1/2 price sale right now.

Although I did not purchase the program (I feel I have enough resources at the moment), I am on her e-mail list and actually enjoy her frequent e-mails which, although they are trying to sell the program, often contain interesting and valuable info.

I did purchase the program, but I think it is overpriced. It is informative and easy to read. Perhaps can get it used.

I bought the book. WHile I thought it was a good book with valuable information, I paid over $65 for it. It's not a thick book! Since then, I have gotten from the library and read Whole Foods Guide to Strong Bones by Annmarie Colbin ( sells for about $15) and Better Bones, BEtter Body by Susan Brown ( about $14). Also packed with information. Of the three I personally liked the info in WHole Foods Guide to Strong Bones the best. I am sorry that I spent so much money on the first book.. I don't think it's worth it because the info she provides is available elsewhere.

Thanks everyone! I now have some reading to do. I'm going to check the library first for the books you recommended and then if I still feel like I need more I'll consider the expensive one.
