I was wondering if any of the PT's or any other fitness professionals on the community have viewed Miriam Nelson's Strong Women Preventing Osteoporosis DVD?
I have not seen the video. I've read her books but not seen any videos.
I had recently posted my interest in establishing a library of videos, books etc that would be helpful for people on this listserv. To do that, I recommended that someone (including me) could review the videos for safety and also pertinence to osteoporosis. To do that, I would want some financial remuneration as I simply don't have time to take on another free task........I'm asked to do many. I think NOF would do well to establish such a library and hire different people to review books, videos etc.
To date, I haven't seen much interest in that.
