Pain lying on exercise mat

I have been using a good mat to perform home exercises prescribed by physical therapy and some from Sara Meeksbook "Walk Tall". For some reason this week i have been in significant pain (back, neck, hips)about 15 min. after I get off the mat. I have some osteoarthritis and severe osteoporosis. I'm wondering if I now have fibromyalgia, too, or is it just a bad spell I'm going through it's very worrisome. I'm 61.

I have taken yoga and pilates classes from different instructors - some have been adamant about keeping a neutral spine in certain poses and exercises - in other poses, having the natural arch in your back is OK - if you can, it might be best to take some classes from an experienced teacher who can make sure you are doing the poses correctly -
